Responsibilities:
The Radiology Nuclear Medicine Specialist collaborates within a multi-disciplinary team and is accountable for delivering high-quality imaging services.
This role supports the Radiologist by assisting in the execution of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
Responsible for the processing and transmission of images to PACS.Qualifications:
Education and Work Experience
• Minimum one year of acute clinical radiology experience is preferred.
• At least one year of experience as a nuclear medicine technologist is preferred.
• Familiarity with mobile and stationary Radiographic/Fluoroscopic equipment is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is essential.
• Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT.
• Current State Nuclear Medicine License issued by CDPH, A.R.R.T. or N.M.T.C.B. Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certification is required.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, encompassing estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $40.65 to $54.63.
The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of hiring, considering a range of factors, including skillset, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
