About the Role

At PHS Bio-Medical Services, we're seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our radiology team, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients.



This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, supporting the Radiologist in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. You'll be responsible for processing and transmitting images to our Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS).



To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a strong understanding of nuclear medicine technology, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Radiologist to perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Process and transmit images to PACS
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams



Requirements

• Current State Nuclear Medicine License issued by CDPH, A.R.R.T. or N.M.T.C.B. Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology required
• One year of acute, clinical radiology experience preferred
• At least one year of experience as a nuclear medicine technologist preferred
• Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment preferred
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology required
• Graduate of a program accredited by ARRT
• Current BCLS (AHA) required
• Proficient computer skills

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $45.00 to $65.00, with the exact starting compensation to be determined at the time of hire based on a range of factors, including skillset, years of experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
