Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing service tasks including the installation and commissioning of advanced equipment.
  • Diagnosing technical issues and conducting analyses through both remote and on-site interventions across various service categories such as installation, routine maintenance, and equipment upgrades.
  • Consulting with clients to provide tailored service solutions that adhere to established processes, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and delivering expert support and solutions.
  • Coordinating and managing specialized projects, ensuring effective planning, milestone achievement, and regular progress reviews.
  • Troubleshooting equipment failures and offering recommendations to prevent future occurrences.
  • Identifying opportunities for the development of new service applications, equipment, and methodologies.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Electrical, Electronic, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, and HMI interfaces.
  • Ability to interpret functional schematics.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 70% of the time).
  • Proficiency in English at an advanced level.
