Job Summary: Third Federal is seeking an individual to facilitate the implementation and adoption of agile methodologies in the Custom Application Development Department. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring projects are well-organized and effectively communicating project status to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills. Experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office applications is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the advancement and improvement of agile practices within the organization
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint review, and retrospectives
  • Work with business users to define system and application requirements
