Job Summary
The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Scrum Master to lead our software development teams in implementing Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective implementation of Agile principles and the Scrum framework within our software development teams.

About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned professional with 3-5 years of experience in software development, IT project management, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile coaching role. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework, experience working with distributed teams and multi-project environments, and excellent communication and negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and manage expectations.

Responsibilities
This position is responsible for facilitating Scrum events, including Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, Sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring the team adheres to Agile principles and the Scrum framework. You will guide and coach the team, Product Owner, and organization on Scrum practices and values, remove impediments to the team's progress, and promote communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. Additionally, you will work closely with Product Owners to ensure clear and effective product backlog management, monitor team progress, and adjust priorities as needed.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field, or at least 6 years of experience in software development or project management. Preferred certifications include Scrum Master certification (e.g. CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master). You should also have strong knowledge of DevOps methodology, software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodology, project management methodology, Agile planning and collaboration tools, product strategy and planning, modern delivery, product lifecycle management, demand and capacity management, reporting tools, and cloud technology and CI/CD concepts.

Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
