Millwright III

Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor

Description:

As a Millwright III at PADNOS, you will play a critical role in supporting planning and scope definition for shift maintenance and project planning. This role is responsible for supporting Technical Manual (TM) development, onboarding, training, and safety accountability. Additionally, you will direct Technical Maintenance (TM) personnel on the scope of work for repairs or projects while communicating with customers, maintenance leadership, and supporting shift handoff processes.

1. Support the maintenance team in scope and timing definition for key areas, including planned maintenance, downtime repairs, and project execution.
2. Safety Expectations:
   1. Certified trainer in equipment permitting for overhead hoist, skytrack, manlift, and hilo.
   2. Trainer for Lockout.
   3. Participate in Safety Committee.
   4. Trained in Hot Work, Confined Space, and Fire Watch.
3. Communication Expectations:
   1. Participate in daily huddles.
   2. Participate in project planning review meetings.
   3. Communicate end-of-day handoffs, including safety concerns, completed items, and needs for the next shift.
4. Support the technical development of Millwright I and Millwright II TMs through training, onboarding, and oversight of scope and quality of work.
5. Complete all Padnos training requirements for existing and new TMs.

1. Extensive industrial maintenance experience (5-10 years).

1. Standard shift communication process implementation.
2. Strategic development of new and less experienced team members.
