Position Overview

This role is a full-time opportunity, available for remote or in-house work, for a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer. In this capacity, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our software offerings through comprehensive manual testing and various quality assurance initiatives. Collaborating closely with the software development team, you will identify and rectify defects, conduct regression testing, and actively participate in enhancing our software development methodologies. Your engagement with users will ensure that software functionalities and logic are accurately executed, addressing their needs efficiently. We manage multiple software products, all developed internally for our core operations, alongside other projects. Our primary public applications include various internal tools such as a point of sale application, a mobile inventory solution, and several administrative websites.

Required Qualifications

  • In-depth understanding of Software Quality, Quality Assurance, and Software Quality Assurance methodologies
  • Proven experience in Manual Testing of software systems
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks is advantageous
  • Strong proficiency in Software Development methodologies
