About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer to join our team at DApp360 Workforce LLC. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and building the platform that powers our NFT eCommerce storefronts and marketplaces for some of the largest brands in the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design, build, and ship a highly scalable, highly fault-tolerant eCommerce platform using cutting-edge technologies.
  • Technical Leadership: Explore and present new technologies and approaches to the team, ensuring we stay at the forefront of innovation.
  • Code Quality and Maintenance: Fix, maintain, and enhance the product throughout its lifecycle, ensuring high-quality and maintainable software.
  • Team Collaboration: Work on a small agile team of software engineers and product managers, collaborating to achieve shared goals.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Coach and guide our co-ops, interns, and other junior members of the team, helping them grow and develop their skills.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop high-quality and maintainable software using a test-driven mindset, ensuring our products meet the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience developing software, with a strong background in building and deploying software in a public cloud offering (preferably Amazon Web Services/AWS).
  • Technical Skills: Advanced working SQL knowledge and practical experience with popular relational SQL and NoSQL databases and concepts. Strong software development chops, with the ability to deliver tested and scalable code in at least two languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or Go.
  • Cloud and Containerization: Experience with containerization, including Docker and Kubernetes, and a strong understanding of cloud computing principles.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills, with the ability to succinctly describe technically complex problems. Experience working in a team environment, with a passion for mentoring and coaching others.
  • Blockchain and NFTs: Interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and NFTs, with a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in these areas.
