Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Controls System Integration to join our team. As a key member of our Control Systems Integration Practice, you will work with a team of industry experts to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of electrical and controls engineers through the entire project life cycle, from conception to start-up.
  • Define complex solutions for multiple system integration projects, assign teams, and monitor project progress.
  • Interface with project teams and clients to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Recruit, motivate, and mentor team members, develop training objectives, and strategies.
  • Coordinate project workloads and activities, and work with regional offices to develop and modify methods and procedures.
  • Communicate project updates effectively and make a meaningful impact on our clients and team.
Requirements
  • A minimum of nine years of combined technical and people management experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership, teamwork, partnering, and mentoring abilities.
  • A willingness to travel for project requirements, including installation and start-up activities, client and company-sponsored meetings, trainings, industry-related seminars, forums, and conventions.
  • A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
