Compensation:
$16.80-$19.50/hour (training compensated at a lower rate)
Compensation Structure:
Salary is based on RBT certification and experience. If you are not yet certified, we will assist you in achieving this milestone.

Responsibilities:
Foster an environment that promotes skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children, celebrating all achievements along the way.
Work closely with BCBAs to deliver transformative therapy and ensure consistent application of behavior plans and instructional materials. Engage in clinical mentorship with BCBAs to enhance treatment outcomes.
Collect and analyze data using various effective methods, completing daily progress notes to monitor outcomes. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities provided by clinical leadership to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, early childhood, or a related field.
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited graduate-level behavior analytic program.
- Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
