Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Premier Catering and Events. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and developing employees to meet the needs of our business.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, with a proven track record of success in managing staff, controlling costs, and driving revenue growth.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, food safety, and customer service standards.
