Position Overview
We are looking for a Team Leader to oversee our Repair Center operations. In this role, you will report to the Service Center Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze situations and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety.
  • Interpret shop drawings and welding specifications, and set up welding equipment to fabricate components within required tolerances.
  • Possess knowledge of machinery and tools, including their design, application, maintenance, and repair.
  • Understand both destructive and non-destructive testing methods.
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and scales proficiently.
  • Employ hydraulic tools for assembly and disassembly tasks.
  • Comprehend the mechanics of precision components, including bearings and gears, as well as the heating and cooling processes involved in assembly and disassembly.
Candidate Profile
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in repairing mining process equipment.
  • Relevant certifications.
  • Capability to lift weights up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Ability to wear necessary safety gear as required.
  • Visual acuity for operating machinery within arm's reach.
  • Physical ability to bend, stoop, crouch, twist, lean, reach, and lift materials of varying weights and lengths.
