Position Overview

Newport Channel Inn is currently seeking a dedicated full-time Guest Services Representative. This role is essential in ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming calls and managing reservations.
  • Providing assistance to guests during their stay.
  • Executing check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records at the conclusion of each shift.

The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in standard hotel reservation systems, as well as Microsoft Office applications. Strong multitasking abilities and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a flexible schedule, with availability on weekends and holidays. A background in hospitality with at least 2 years of experience in a hotel setting is preferred. We offer a supportive work environment, and parking is available for our team members.
