We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Nephrology team at SCL Health St. Vincent. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide top-notch care and patient experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with nephrologists to provide comprehensive care to patients with kidney-related conditions
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement care strategies to optimize patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) License in Montana
- Prescriptive Authority and DEA License
- Current BLS certification
- ACLS Certification within 6 months of employment
