Job Summary:

USA Health is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport guests safely and efficiently within the assigned location. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, greet customers in a courteous manner, and communicate effectively with customers and staff.

Responsibilities:

- Transport guests by driving a vehicle holding over 24 passengers (or smaller vehicles as needed) within the assigned location.
- Provide safe shuttling service, exceptional customer service, and a warm and friendly arrival and departure experience.
- Greet customers in a courteous manner and provide customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and willingness to help.
- Shuttle guests to and from their cars to various locations on the location campus.
- Communicate with customers and staff who have general inquiries about parking, parking locations, and guest services.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Possession of a valid commercial drivers license (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement and maintenance of a driving record sufficient to maintain insurance coverage under the University of South Alabama.

Working Conditions:

- The employee is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, and handle or feel.
- The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and will be frequently required to sit.
- The employee is occasionally required to walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch.
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
