We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Shift Supervisor to join our team at Buffalo Run Casino & Resort. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable maintenance of our facilities and grounds.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Lead and coach a team of maintenance crew members, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and machinery, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure the safety of personnel in the maintenance department and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of maintenance materials, supplies, and repair parts.
- Problem-Solving and Quality Improvement: Identify and resolve maintenance-related issues, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance our facilities and services.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of maintenance tasks.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, and at least 3-5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Licensing and Certifications: Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Gaming License.
- Work Requirements: Full-time position, requiring prolonged sitting, walking, stooping, or bending, lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds on a daily basis.
