Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify nursing diagnoses and develop effective care plans.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, including nursing diagnoses, expected outcomes, and interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve patient goals.
- Perform interventions according to identified priorities, hospital policies, and patient care outcome standards.
- Revises care plans based on evaluation, changes in medical plans, and effective/ineffective interventions.
- Uses clinical judgment to evaluate patient care needs and establish priorities.
Requirements:
- Current RN license for the state in which you practice.
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior RN experience preferred.
Skills:
- Enteral Feeds.
- Tracheostomy care.
- Ventilator management.
Schedule:
- Full-time.
- Part-time.
- Day shifts.
- NOC shifts.
- 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts.
