About the Role

Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time General Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established team at our outpatient Indian Trail Clinic in Spokane, Washington.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to work alongside a highly motivated and skilled Pediatric care team, including multiple pediatric specialists, in a collaborative network.

We offer a unique team-based approach to patient care, with Physicians, Advanced Practitioners, Clinic RNs, integrated Behavioral Health providers, and RN Care Navigators working together to provide comprehensive care.

About the Position
  • Full-time position with a weekday schedule
  • Shared Saturday clinic coverage and shared call rotation
  • Outpatient care only
  • 1 to 2 years of post-graduate experience as a Pediatric Advanced Practitioner, or ample Pediatric RN experience is preferred
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
  • As a non-profit organization, Providence qualifies for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
  • Compensation is between $124,652 and $165,548 per year, which includes productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives
