Job Summary:The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for managing patient care episodes in partnership with individuals, caregivers, groups, and other healthcare providers to deliver safe and high-quality healthcare. This may involve direct patient care, coordination, and supervision of patient care delegated to nursing assistants and other unlicensed assistive personnel.
Work Schedule:This is a .75 FTE position with a rotating day and night shift schedule, including every 3rd weekend (12-hour shifts).
Required Qualifications:- Completion of an associate, baccalaureate, or master's degree program in Nursing
- BSN preferred, with a goal of obtaining BSN within 2 years of hire
- Valid Minnesota Registered Nurse License
- BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines
