- Develop and Implement Activities: Create and implement engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of residents, promoting their rights, dignity, and individuality.
- Provide Individualized Attention: Offer personalized support to each resident, encouraging their ability to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
- Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with other departments and units to implement activities and programs, ensuring a seamless and effective experience for residents.
