Responsibilities- Complete apartment community work orders to ensure timely and efficient resolution of maintenance requests.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, appliances, electrical, doors, and walls to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.
- Maintain pools and boilers on select properties to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees, demonstrating a professional and courteous manner at all times.
- Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned to ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines.
- Assist in providing a clean and safe environment for residents by performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure safety standards are met by adhering to federal, state, city, and company guidelines.
- Must have a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 25-50 pounds occasionally, with occasional lifting of pounds.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to the worksite.
- Must have or obtain CPO certification within 1 year of hire date, with company-paid training available.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a boiler's license in the future, with company-paid training available.
