KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF A STOCKROOM ASSOCIATE:

  • Collaborating with team members to drive sales through exceptional guest service
  • Receiving and unloading merchandise deliveries
  • Processing incoming stock and preparing items for display on the sales floor
  • Implementing store merchandising standards and ensuring consistency in brand presentation
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in stockroom and receiving areas
  • Working together to achieve team goals
  • Adhering to safety protocols to prevent accidents
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A STOCKROOM ASSOCIATE:

  • Previous experience in receiving, merchandising, or customer service is preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills are essential
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively to meet objectives
  • Positive attitude towards guests and fellow team members
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow complex processes
  • Familiarity with PDA and POS systems
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must possess adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical capabilities to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry at least 30 pounds
  • Full body mobility, including bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching
  • Capability to climb a 12-foot ladder for merchandise maintenance
  • Ability to reach a minimum height of 60 inches for stocking purposes
  • Reliable transportation is required
