Position Summary:

The role of Mechanical Assembler involves the meticulous assembly of our products. This position requires both independent and collaborative work, adhering to ISO standards and maintaining safe work practices to deliver exceptional products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble pumping stations according to schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams.
  • Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during assembly.
  • Report any discrepancies to the area lead or supervisors promptly.
  • Work autonomously or as part of a team.
  • Provide training to new team members as necessary.
  • Implement safe and quality-driven practices throughout the assembly process.
  • Keep a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Document time spent on various tasks accurately.

Employment Type: Full-time

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or assembly, utilizing hand and power tools.
  • Familiarity with bandsaws, grooving equipment, and threading machines is advantageous.
  • Strong reliability and dependability.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability to changing circumstances.
  • Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as required by business needs.
  • Regularly required to communicate effectively.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to handle power tools and manipulate various components.
  • Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands for tasks.
