Facility Maintenance Technician

Boise Centre, a premier event venue in Idaho, is seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Technician to ensure the excellence of our physical assets. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our facilities, equipment, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve maintenance issues
  • Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC equipment
  • Collaborate with other technicians to ensure seamless event setup and execution
  • Assist with cross-training and professional development opportunities
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in facility maintenance or large building operations
  • Proficient in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
  • Experience with HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of various electrical systems
  • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments
  • Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to assess multiple demands, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
