Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 per hour

Our extensive portfolio includes a variety of residential, office, industrial, and retail properties, managing over 2700 market apartment units and commercial spaces across several regions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Address service requests and repairs promptly, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Implement preventative maintenance and safety inspection protocols for properties and equipment.
  • Enhance technical skills to deliver exceptional service, reducing reliance on external vendors.
  • Oversee external contractors and assist in achieving team objectives as directed by the Property Manager.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation to provide ongoing support for property needs.
  • Maintain professionalism and integrity by adhering to company policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in Multi-Family or Commercial Maintenance, or a related Construction field.
  • Preferred certifications include HVAC (Type II or Universal) and EPA (minimum Type II).
  • Proficient in basic Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to maintain high-quality site appearance and curb appeal.
  • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
