Role Summary:

As a Patient Service Representative - Receptionist at CommonSpirit Health, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics. Your primary responsibility will be to perform patient check-in, answer phone calls, and schedule appointments according to office guidelines. You will also be responsible for obtaining accurate patient and insurance information, collecting copays and deductible amounts, and preparing charts for patient appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform patient check-in and completes all necessary paperwork to ensure efficient admitting process and compliance with clinic and regulatory policies.
Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
Schedule appointments according to office guidelines.
Obtain accurate patient and insurance information, collecting copays and deductible amounts.
Prepare charts for patient appointments, ensuring all necessary information is complete.

Requirements:

0-1 year healthcare experience preferred.
