We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors while collecting high-quality plasma.
Key Responsibilities- Screen donors for eligibility and collect plasma in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform phlebotomy procedures to support plasma center operations
- Answer phones, greet donors, and provide exceptional customer service
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to center processes
- Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
- Prolonged glove wear required due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1)

Starting Hourly Wage: $ The starting hourly wage reflects the actual starting rate for this position. The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location. S. based employees may be eligible for short-term incentives.
