Mobile Service Manager Lead

Pureflow Inc seeks a Mobile Service Manager Lead to oversee the coordination of work, inventory, and projects between mobile technicians and our corporate office. This key role requires strong organizational skills, with experience in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation for billable parts and time, as well as managing work orders completion, parts used, scheduling, shop time and overtime for mobile service technicians. Additionally, you will participate in the development of long-range plans for the mobile department, ensuring consistency with corporate goals.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of management experience with increasing responsibility. Knowledge of statistics and budget preparation is essential, as well as the ability to analyze workload to ensure efficient staff scheduling.
This is a salaried position with a competitive annual salary of $93,500. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, health savings account, and more. We also offer a generous 401k match, paid holidays, and personal time off that increases with tenure.
