Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritize work order requests to ensure efficient completion of tasks
  • Coordinate with maintenance technicians to ensure timely completion of jobs and projects
  • Monitor work order timing to ensure compliance with SSOPs
  • Follow up with residents regarding satisfaction of completed jobs
  • Assist with coordinating capital projects, including scheduling contractor visits and obtaining quotes
  • Complete production schedules to track make readies, capital, and special projects
  • Order supplies as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and ensure timely delivery
  • Schedule and assist with unit-by-unit, fire, and tours for DCA and township inspections
  • Schedule special projects as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong customer service experience required
  • Ability to organize and coordinate work efficiently, and set priorities
  • Consistently project professionalism in representing Morgan Properties at all times
