Job Title: Business Services Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Services Analyst to join our team at Conagra Brands. As a Business Services Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing business intelligence services and solutions to the Conagra Brands Global Business Services Organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with product owners using various tools and technologies to design and deliver actionable, strategic, functional, and tactical reporting and analytic solutions.
  • Identify needs and opportunities for improved processes, reporting, and analytics delivery and support.
  • Lead strong, proactive relationships with internal customers and IT teams.
  • Ability to adapt to ever-changing priorities and technologies ensuring you stay current with and appropriately leverage business intelligence industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required with 2-5 years related business experience.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and integrate them into key business intelligence processes.
  • Technical skills aptitude that allow for ease in learning new business processes, data models, and solution tools.
  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software experience is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps.
  • Preferred exposure to ERP applications, (e.g. SAP R3, BI, and Business Objects).
  • Hands-on experience creating self-service tools/dashboards used to perform what-if analysis, predict future outcomes, and highlight drivers of business results.
  • Experience writing SQL queries to perform data analysis and/or produce reports for business usage.
  • R, Python, or other language used for statistical modeling and/or machine learning a plus.
  • Ability to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
