Job Title: Associate IT Business Analyst

Valmont Industries is seeking an Associate IT Business Analyst to join our team. As an Associate IT Business Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing, standardizing, and leveraging the functionality of Salesforce and various Business Systems to achieve improved efficiency for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate effort and identify, analyze, and document requirements for application projects and enhancements.
  • Develop and execute testing plans to ensure delivered solutions meet functional business requirements.
  • Prepare documentation and conduct training of end users/stakeholders.
  • Perform support activities based on escalation from the support team.
  • Write supporting documentation for software, such as release notes, help documentation, articles, and features.
  • Actively engage in all aspects of the SDLC process and recommend opportunities for improvement within IT processes.
Requirements:
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or Associate's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Understanding of overall enterprise business systems architecture, functionality, and usage.
  • Understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Ability to communicate (written and verbal) in English.
  • Proven analytical and evaluative abilities.
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Experience working with tools such as Azure Dev Ops or JIRA.
  • Business analysis certifications from IIBA or PMI or business-related certifications such as APICS.
