  • Operate various types of powered lifting equipment, including stock pickers, sit-down/stand-up equipment, and reach trucks, to move products and materials throughout the facility.
  • Contribute to a safe work environment by maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols, and reporting any hazards or incidents.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, leads, and work groups to exchange information and coordinate tasks.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the distribution process and contribute ideas for process improvements.
  • Work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment, meeting productivity and quality standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent education preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in a warehouse or material handling environment.
  • OSHA Certification License and successful completion of the company's internal Forklift Operator licensing program.
  • Basic math skills, including counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 70 pounds regularly and up to 150 pounds infrequently, as well as push, pull, grasp, and fine manipulation of equipment using hands.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early starts and extended hours, and exhibit good job performance and behavior.
