About the Role:
CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Executive Director of Manufacturing Operations to join our leadership team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to boost manufacturing efficiency, quality, and capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to optimize manufacturing operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Overseeing all aspects of manufacturing, from raw materials to finished products, ensuring adherence to quality standards, production schedules, and cost objectives.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase production capacity.
- Managing budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize manufacturing operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of manufacturing industry experience and 5+ years of leadership (director-level or higher) experience.
- Preferred qualifications include PEMB manufacturing experience, Lean manufacturing principles, and Continuous improvement methodologies.
