As an Order Filler at Nibav Lifts Inc., you will play a crucial role in our logistics and distribution operations. Core Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Precisely select items from warehouse shelves based on customer requests, ensuring accurate quantities and products are chosen.
  • Packing & Dispatch: Meticulously package orders to avoid damage during shipping, label parcels correctly, and prepare them for delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Examine products during the selection and packing stages to confirm they are defect-free and meet company quality benchmarks.
  • Stock Monitoring: Keep track of inventory levels while processing orders, report items that are low in stock, and assist in replenishing shelves as necessary.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Uphold a tidy, organized, and safe work environment, ensuring that all items are stored appropriately and that the warehouse remains hazard-free.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate closely with fellow warehouse personnel to guarantee prompt and precise order fulfillment, contributing to the overall productivity of the warehouse.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and communicate any discrepancies or challenges with orders, working with the team to devise swift and effective solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or order-picking capacity is advantageous.

  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended durations.
  • Basic mathematical skills for inventory counting and order processing.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory software is beneficial.

  • Dependable, punctual, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
