Position Summary:
As an Order Filler at Nibav Lifts Inc., you will play a crucial role in our logistics and distribution operations. Your main duty will be to efficiently select and package orders, ensuring that every item adheres to our stringent quality standards before reaching our clients. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and values precision and efficiency.
Core Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Precisely select items from warehouse shelves based on customer requests, ensuring accurate quantities and products are chosen.
- Packing & Dispatch: Meticulously package orders to avoid damage during shipping, label parcels correctly, and prepare them for delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Examine products during the selection and packing stages to confirm they are defect-free and meet company quality benchmarks.
- Stock Monitoring: Keep track of inventory levels while processing orders, report items that are low in stock, and assist in replenishing shelves as necessary.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Uphold a tidy, organized, and safe work environment, ensuring that all items are stored appropriately and that the warehouse remains hazard-free.
- Teamwork: Collaborate closely with fellow warehouse personnel to guarantee prompt and precise order fulfillment, contributing to the overall productivity of the warehouse.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and communicate any discrepancies or challenges with orders, working with the team to devise swift and effective solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or order-picking capacity is advantageous.

- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended durations.
- Basic mathematical skills for inventory counting and order processing.
