We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Clinical Director to join our team at MySpot. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision, management oversight, and professional development to our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical supervision to meet clinical staff certification/licensing requirements.
- Facilitate communication between clinical staff and outside departments.
- Treat and evaluate clients for a minimum of 20 to 25 billable hours per week.
- Provide coaching and consultation to treatment teams to ensure appropriate, professional, and collaborative relationships are established and maintained with clients' families.
- Intervene as necessary to support and/or repair relationships with client families.
- Maintain good relationships with families and conduct client satisfaction surveys to address caregiver concerns.
- Consult with colleagues on cases that require a higher level of clinical supervision.
- Oversee clinical programming to ensure optimal utilization of services and resources.
- Regularly present findings of clinical efficacy of programs to supervisor with recommendations for improvement.
- Manage caseload of clients and oversee staffing/restaffing needs.
- Conduct clinical reviews of new client assessments and reassessment reports.
- Ensure appropriate onboarding, training, and transition of new staff from training to independently providing treatment to clients.
- Review various reports for clinical quality.
- Mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach.
- Ensure the efficient and effective management of resources at the clinic.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Licensed clinician as either BCBA, PT, OT, ST.
- Minimum of 5 years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and/or other related developmental disabilities in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
- Minimum of 3 years leadership experience.
- Exceptional communication skills and situational awareness.
- Willing to travel as necessary.
