About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team at Shive-Hattery Group. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the design process and managing project teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design discussions and collaborate with project teams to develop innovative and effective design solutions.
  • Direct the production and coordination of design process and technical documents.
  • Create graphical images and perform design and detailing tasks in Revit.
  • Attend project and client meetings with design professionals to explore business development opportunities and support projects under contract.
  • Represent the company with clients and contractors as it relates to ongoing projects.
Requirements
  • 10 to 15+ years of experience in architecture.
  • Accredited professional degree program with either a bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Strong understanding of architectural specifications, local, state, and federal building codes, life safety codes, and current ADA requirements.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, SpecLink, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
