About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Software Consulting Engineer II. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving next-generation software innovations, including cloud, mobile, desktop, and security spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive solution delivery improvements through automation, testing, and best practice implementation to optimize deployments, accelerate customer value-realization, and improve overall service reliability.
  • Interact with professional services delivery, Product Management, and BU teams to integrate automation in our offers to improve quality and customer experience.
  • Collaborate in transformational initiatives to define and improve new delivery methodologies in accordance with DevOps and SRE models.
Requirements
  • Ability to multi-task, self-start, work in a diverse team environment, and work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and develop new skills.
  • Minimum qualifications: graduate or upcoming graduate of a technical degree or certification program from a Technical Boot Camp, Apprenticeship, Community College, or 4-Year University.
  • Knowledge of Linux, Networking concepts, OS fundamentals, Embedded Development, and/or ML.
  • Up-to-date on programming and scripting languages: C/C++, Python, Java.
  • Hands-on QA, Testing, and/or Debugging skills.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written skills).
  • Experience with Databases, Web Application Development, and Web Services.
  • Able to legally live and work in the country for which you're applying, without visa support or sponsorship.
