Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical engineering information to Project Managers to ensure project compliance with plans, codes, specifications, and design instructions.
  • Assist in evaluations and solution or potential field problems, referring them to Project Management.
  • Perform all essential functions and responsibilities in conjunction with the company's values and beliefs in alignment with Fisk's policies.
  • Ensure the construction process is completed to the client's full satisfaction and at the Company's expected levels of safety, quality, and profitability.
What You'll Do
  • Assist with development of startup checklist and site logistics plan.
  • Assist with development of quality control plan.
  • Assist with and monitor permit processes.
  • Prepare closeout log.
  • Participate in and document owner training.
  • Compile as-built drawings.
  • Administer RFI process.
  • Develop submittal log and administer submittal process.
  • Document job site meetings.
  • Verification of project materials.
  • Develop and maintain material expediting log.
  • Coordinate and/or conduct quality control inspections.
  • Establish record and permit sets of documents.
  • Ensure accessibility of show drawings and submittals.
  • Create, distribute, and expedite sub response to RFPs.
  • Process progress photos.
  • Assist in preparation of Owner Change Requests.
  • Assist with preparation of project status reports.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Working knowledge of construction equipment, techniques, drawings, specifications, and building materials.
  • Ability to perform trigonometric calculations, either manually or with calculator.
  • Ability to interface and communicate effectively with others.
  • Procore experience preferred.
