Diversified Maintenance is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented General Maintenance Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dust, wipe, and spot clean all surfaces to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Vacuum, mop, and wet mop designated areas to ensure floors are clean and free of debris.
  • Clean entire restrooms by utilizing disinfectants and bathroom cleaners, restock restroom supplies as needed, remove trash, clean fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers, and sweep and/or wet mop floors.
  • Ensure all lights are on/off and appropriate doors are locked when leaving an area to maintain security and safety.
  • Keep closets clean, neat, and orderly to maintain a clutter-free workspace.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Working Hours: Part-time, evening shifts.
