Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive advancement strategy to drive significant revenue growth through a diversified fundraising portfolio.
- Lead and manage a team of development professionals to achieve fundraising goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with major donors, foundations, and community stakeholders to secure significant gifts and support.
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to develop and implement organizational strategies and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in fundraising and development.
- Minimum of 7 years of fundraising leadership and supervisory experience.
- Proven track record of fundraising success, particularly in securing major gifts and managing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with donors, staff, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience working in a non-profit organization, particularly in the area of human trafficking and social justice.
- Knowledge of donor databases and CRM systems.
- Experience with grant writing and management.
- Ability to travel and represent the organization at events and meetings.
