We are seeking a highly skilled Dietitian to join our team at Sinking Spring Nursing & Rehab in Sinking Spring, PA.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert nutrition care to our residents, working closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized nutrition plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess and address the nutritional needs of residents.
  • Develop and implement nutrition care plans, including diet modifications and nutrition education.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutritional interventions.
  • Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers on nutrition-related topics.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of nutrition assessments and interventions.
Requirements
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) or licensed Dietitian, as required by the state of employment.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting or as a consulting dietitian preferred.
  • Experience working with geriatric populations an asset.
