As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the functions of the nursing department.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient nursing care to our residents. You will also be responsible for carrying out resident care policies, setting and monitoring achievement of goals and objectives, and recruiting and hiring qualified nursing staff.

In addition, you will establish and implement competency/skills checklists, prepare and assure adherence to an annual operating budget, and maintain and guide the implementation of current policies and procedures.

As a Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for assuring compliance with resident rights policies, resolving resident grievances, and establishing and maintaining productive lines of communication with residents, families, internal staff, and external community.

**Key Responsibilities:**
