- Develop and Implement Clinical Protocols: Design and implement clinical protocols to ensure consistency and excellence in patient care.
- Provide Exceptional Patient Care: Deliver high-quality patient care, addressing all visual lifestyle needs and making eyewear recommendations based on patient needs.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with patients, explaining each step of the eye exam and utilizing visual aids to summarize and ensure patients understand their vision, eye health, and overall well-being.
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate a commitment to quality patient care and lead by example, ensuring all team members adhere to the highest standards of care.
- Doctor of Optometry: Possess a Doctor of Optometry degree and be licensed to practice in the state.
