**Job Overview**

The Clinic Manager II is accountable for the comprehensive management of daily operations within designated clinics. This role involves facilitating effective communication among nursing staff, physicians, administrative personnel, and all other clinic departments to ensure favorable outcomes for both clinic staff and patients. The position is part of the Clinic Leadership Team and works closely with the Director of Clinic Operations to maintain communication and address strategic initiatives.

**Supervisory Duties**

+ Directly oversees personnel in the assigned departments.

+ Executes supervisory responsibilities in alignment with organizational policies and relevant laws.

+ Responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to: managing departmental budgets, ensuring compliance, maintaining quality assurance, fostering provider and staff relations, conducting interviews, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating performance; recognizing and addressing employee concerns; and resolving issues.

**Qualifications**

+ An Associate's degree is required.

+ An Associate's degree may be considered with relevant leadership experience.

+ A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

+ A background in healthcare is preferred.
