- Continuously Improve Patient Outcomes: Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and technologies to provide the best possible care.
- Education: Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program (Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Licensure: License as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure (Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota may be required depending on the service area).
- Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm, with weekend/holiday/call involvement (72hrs/2wks).
- Call Involvement: Average about 3-4 call shifts a month.
