Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee front desk operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and service.
- Inspire and guide the front desk team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Train and onboard new front desk personnel.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of guest reservations and billing details.
