About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Telemetry team at Lee's Summit Medical Center. As a Medical Telemetry nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage patients with acute changes in their condition
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness

The Medical Telemetry unit at Lee's Summit Medical Center is a 36-bed unit that provides care to a variety of patients, including those with medical, surgical, and neurological conditions. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and a supportive work environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a current RN license and at least 1 year of experience in a Medical Telemetry setting. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
