We are seeking a highly skilled Biostatistician to join our Radiology Research team at NYU Langone Health. The successful candidate will work closely with our research groups to design and implement statistical analyses for various studies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain databases for research studies
- Collaborate with investigators on study design and statistical plans
- Write statistical reports and assist with data requests
- Consult with researchers on statistical software and methodology
- Program statistical analyses and summarize results
- Engage in data checking and manipulation
- Masters or doctoral degree in statistics, biostatistics, or related field
- At least 5 years of post-graduation experience
- Proficient in R, SAS, SPSS, M-Plus, or STATA
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- PhD in biostatistics, statistics, or related field
- Expert proficiency with statistical software
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
