Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Preschool Teacher to join our team at American Eagle Academy II - North Lauderdale Campus. As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our curriculum and meet the needs of our students.
  • Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment that promotes learning and exploration.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Early Childhood experience: 1 year (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • CDA certification (required)
  • DCF training up to date (required)
  • CPR and First Aid certification up to date (required)
  • 45-hour Early Childhood Certificate (required)
  • Background check up to date (required)
  • Physical examination up to date (required)
  • In-service hours up to date
  • English language proficiency (required)
What We Offer
