**Job Summary**

The Program Management Leader will play a critical role in facilitating the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and overseeing various administrative duties, including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.

This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for supporting individuals with diverse needs.

**Responsibilities**

  • Facilitate ISP implementation and participate in administrative tasks such as staff recruitment, training, and supervision.
  • Supervise a team of caregivers providing support to individuals in the program.
  • Assist individuals with daily activities, including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
  • Duties will be divided between direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.
  • Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities.

**Requirements**

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of related work experience preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance required.
  • Other licensure or certification may be necessary depending on regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with team members and individuals served.
  • Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.

**Salary:** $22.18 per hour

**Work Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm
